How do I access the course after purchase?+
Immediately after checkout you receive an email with your access link and downloadable materials. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
Do I need any programming experience?+
No. Every course is written for complete beginners and starts from installation and first steps. If you can use a browser and a text editor, you can follow along.
Is it really a one-time payment?+
Yes. You pay once and get lifetime access to that course, including free updates to its lessons and materials.
What software do I need?+
A modern browser and a free code editor such as VS Code. Courses that use Python or Git include a setup lesson for Windows, macOS and Linux.
Can I request a refund?+
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund window for courses that haven't been substantially accessed. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer certificates?+
We focus on practical skill, not credentials, so we don't currently issue certificates. Your projects are the portfolio.
Can I use these courses for my team?+
Individual purchases are for personal use. For team licences, contact us and we'll quote fair per-seat pricing.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Credit and debit cards, Instant EFT and other major South African payment methods. Checkout is processed by a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider.
Are prices in South African rand?+
Yes, all prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). Your card issuer may convert the final amount.
