Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to purchase a course. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell or redistribute course videos, downloads or code files.
• Do not use the Services in a way that breaks the law or infringes third-party rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape or bypass the platform's access controls.
• Do not use automated systems to send more requests than a human could produce.

3. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, trademarks and software are owned by Blue Crane Coding or its licensors. On purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course for personal learning. Code you write while following a course is yours to use, including commercially.

4. Purchases and access

Prices are shown in South African rand and are charged as a one-time payment. Access details are delivered by email after payment is confirmed. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Availability and changes

We may update course content, retire a course, or change the platform used to deliver it. If we retire a course you have purchased, we will provide a download of its materials.

6. Limitation of liability

Our courses are educational material provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
